Last night, for about two hours straight, I stumbled videos... Here are my picks. *********** ***************** ************************************** YouTube - Atheist Officer Resigns From Military Edit This is just wrong. Is religion so engrained in America that those who don't believe in the supernatural are sidelined? This Officer puts forward a strong case for discrimination, and is ignored. Hear his experience in institutionalised bigotry.
************************************************************************* YouTube - Olbermann on OReillys Malmedy problems For those that watch this beast named Oreilly, and for those that feel his in your face approach makes him one of the most subjective and idiotic creatures in the media...let alone Fox media. Here we have another network point out blatant ignorance on Oreillys part, he has a different version of history then most others. ************************************************************************* YouTube - Bill and John stewart Oh boy, Jon has patience... Bill Oreilly pushes and insinuates with his own skewed subjective reality once again. I have learnt to hate this man from afar. *************************************************************************** YouTube - Portland drivers in the snow I found this frightening, especially when the woman yells that she has kids in the car as another glides past uncontrolled ...scary stuff. *********************************************************************** A quick lesson in one element of Quantum Weirdness ************************************************************************* YouTube - 10 minutes by Ahmed Imamovic - BEST SHORT FILM IN EUROPE This is a very heavy watch. Yes, I am a wuss, I was moved by this film. It starts without any obvious direction, but becomes a moving thought provoking piece. You won't believe what can happen in ten minutes (Less in this case). Watch this and remember; You have it better then Billions, worse then only few. ************************************************************************** If god was a DJ...as Pink once said...well here's the movie...and it's pretty damned good. ************************************************************************* YouTube - Literalist Christianity through an Atheists eyes (absurdity No need to explain, Christian biblical facts put blatantly. *************************************************************************** YouTube - Milton Friedman - Greed You think you have a viable alternative to Capitalism? Suggest it to the screen before Milton talks, you'll soon have your answer. *************************************************************************** YouTube - A Modern-Day DaVinci Genius? This was spectacular; I wish the resolution was better so I could appreciate these creations even more. None-the-less it is a really nice short watch. *************************************************************************** Make plasma in your microwave! Break glasses! *************************************************************************** Check this out. A very weird eerie short film that gets one thinking about the government... I highly recommend this one, if only for the weird feeling you'll have afterwards. ***************************************************************************** Just a thinking thing. I interpret it somewhat differently to the intention. When I saw the children I thought they represented the inner child in the Aussies, in which case each action the adult takes is a betrayal to their inner child… But that’s not the case, it is meant differently…
